The Podiatrist’s Troy Parsons recently spoke at the National Podiatry Conference in Southport, United Kingdom. The topic was Small Changes, Big Profits. Troy spoke about understanding the power of compounding and learning why businesses aren’t meant to be complicated. He also spoke about patient care and how it should always be the one priority. His workshop session addressed the many small changes business owners could make that would create big change, the need for consistent, yet effective change, the power of compounding and why understanding the lifetime value of your patient is so vital.

He saw the many sights of Southport, including a lawnmower museum and an amazing playground for kids! He said Southport was a great holiday destination for families.
