Pilates is an amazing form of exercise that uses low impact movements to flex, tone and strengthen your core and stabilising muscles. The first thing you will notice from pilates is that the exercises look pretty simple and easy – but don’t be fooled! Each movement targets a specific muscle, using breath and technique to give it a full workout, and we guarantee you will be feeling it the next day. Pilates is great for all body types and all fitness levels.

Our classes are 40-minutes and have a 5 person maximum. They are completed on-site and all equipment is provided, just bring a towel and water bottle. No experience necessary, only an initial physiotherapy assessment prior to commencing classes to ensure suitability.
