She holds qualifications in Allied Health Assistance and Beauty Therapy, and her many years working closely with clients have given her a natural ability to make people feel at ease. Whether assisting with podiatry treatments or supporting patient care behind the scenes, Vanessa is known for her attention to detail and calm, friendly manner.
Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys spending time in her garden, catching up with friends, and exploring the outdoors. She loves hiking in national parks, cycling, yoga, and relaxing by a campfire in winter — preferably with toasted marshmallows. Vanessa also has a love of travel and once followed the Tour de France through France in 2010 and 2011. Her positivity, care, and commitment to healthy living make her a valued part of the Optimise Health team.
