Christian graduated with a degree in Podiatry in 2017. He has worked extensively in rural communities, developing a broad skill set across all aspects of podiatric care and an appreciation for practical, patient-centred solutions.
His areas of interest include biomechanics, cycling assessment and optimisation, paediatrics, and general podiatry. Christian enjoys helping patients understand how their feet function within the bigger picture of movement, whether that’s improving comfort in everyday life, supporting growing children, or enhancing cycling performance.
Before becoming a podiatrist, Christian worked as a physical therapist in neurological rehabilitation. This background strongly influences his approach to care — with a focus on movement quality, strength, and long-term function. He believes in evidence-based practice while remaining realistic and adaptable to each individual’s lifestyle, goals, and circumstances.
Christian’s philosophy is simple: movement and exercise are our fountain of youth. His aim is to keep people moving well and moving often.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find him on his road, mountain, or gravel bike — sometimes with his two young daughters in tow — enjoying good coffee and the occasional well-crafted beer.
