Just wanted to share a quick message with you about the importance of hydration. A lot of athletes don’t realise this but a reduction of more than 3% of your body weight because of dehydration drops your performance by almost 30% and makes you far more susceptible to injuries. So, keep those fluids up and you’re going to do yourself some big favours is when it comes to not only maximising your performance but reducing your injury risk.
