We first trialled KeryFlex last year after hearing about the fantastic results that other clinics around the world were getting with this treatment and the great feedback from their patients.

As it turns out, the KeryFlex nail restoration system completely lived up to its promises and has helped many of our patients to feel confident about the appearance of their nails.

The KeryFlex system is a painless nail restoration system that transforms the appearance of your toenails in one in-clinic appointment. It offers a superior solution to nails that are:
- Discoloured
- Damaged
- Infected by fungus
- Affected by psoriasis
- Brittle or splitting
- Spoon-shaped
- Have horizontal ridges
- Have an unhealthy appearance
How does it work?
KeryFlex uses a composite resin that creates a durable but flexible nail that allows the remaining nail to grow. Before the treatment begins, the damaged nail is trimmed and filed down as much as possible. This happens in the preparation process.
A bonding agent and medical-grade resin material are then applied, after which a UV light is used to harden the nail, much like a tooth at a dental clinic. This bonds the material to the nail, and a sealant is applied and again cured with the light. Finally, the new nail is smoothed and shaped to give it a natural appearance.
This procedure is completed by your Podiatrist. The new nail does not irritate or further damage the underlying nail or surrounding skin. It is non-porous, so does not allow moisture to penetrate between the natural and new nail. It is unaffected by acetone, nail polishes or detergents.
The ultimate result is a natural-looking nail that leaves you feeling confident with the appearance of your toenails.
